Your saved stops and preferences are stored locally using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.
Location may be requested to help find nearby stops. It is used in-app only and never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Watch Mode alerts are delivered via Expo's notification service. No personal information is associated with these notifications.
Arrival data is fetched from the 511 SF Bay public API. Requests are server-side and contain no personal information about you.
Commuter does not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
